Becoming More Health-Conscious

Physical changes like lower energy, shifting metabolism and hormones, and other health conditions become more noticeable. Wellness becomes a priority, with increased attention to diet, exercise, and preventive care.

Adapting to Major Life Shifts

Transitions such as children leaving home, pivoting careers, or relationship changes can reshape daily life. This season calls for flexibility, perspective, and sometimes a redefining of roles. A supportive community is crucial as they can come alongside and help navigate these changes.

Investing in the Next Generation

There’s often a strong desire to join the Spirit in the work He’s doing by pouring into others through mentoring, volunteering, or serving. Impacting others in this way often leads to renewed purpose and joy.

Milestone #7: Life in Christ

Life in Christ is a lifelong relationship that begins with knowing Jesus and continues as we journey with Him and become more like Him.

In John 15, Jesus says that apart from Him, we can do nothing; but if we remain in Him, we will grow and bear fruit.
